Guide : Learn how to recreate Elena Gilbert's daily look

Elena is said to be a simple, casual look that can be wore for your everyday life routine!
 But what if one day you can't search the net, look for the style of the day, and have no clue how to dress up?

Follow this step-by-step guide to get into Elena Gilbert's tastes, and to add a mysterious touch to your personality!

Tank tops
Tank tops are maybe the most cheap and various thing in the world. Changing a tank top everyday, can really vary your style, sticking to Elena's look.
  To add a touch of mistery, and to follow the topic of "The Vampire Diaries" series, they chose colors that would respect it. Dark colors of all the shapes is the n.o rule . Choose from purples for a romantic night out, to greys, greens,browns, blues and obviously don't forget the black!
 A little tip: When you use black tank tops, don't forget to use the two layers style. Put a simple,white tank top under ! ( or a grey one. )
Lace tank top are the most used by Elena. It adds a touch of sophisticated and classy look mixed to the casual.


Blue Jeans

In all shapes of blue, avoid light colors. She doesn't wear any of them at all. That's to stick to our first rule and to be in mysterious theme. Prefer flared flat jeans, that you'll be wearing with a pair of Chuck Taylor ( always, in dark shapes ).
 Skinny Jeans are more of Katherine Pierce's style, but who says you can't role play the two of them in once?
Tip: Avoid high heels with your flared jeans.

Long Sleeved Shirt

It's the same thing for the tank tops, except that you can wear long sleeved shirt above your tops. Elena uses shirts with bottoms on the chest and only tight ones. You will never see her in a baggy outfit, except for her pajamas!

Jackets

If I say this word, your mind would be instatly focused on Elena's Krma black leather jacket. That's probably the one she uses the most, but dued to its expensive price, maybe not everybody could get one.
 Luckly, there are so many brands that look exactly like hers, and that I'll be showing you in the following posts. Anyway, any kind of black jacket will be just great.
Tip: Remember to bring up the sleeves.
Her Krma's Jacket is not the only one she wore. We saw her severly times with a cremy leather jacket matched with a black tank top under.

Canotte

Forse è [e può essere ] il capo d'abbigliamento più semplice ed economico del mondo. Cambiare una canotta al giorno, può cambiare giornalmente il vostro stile,pur sempre rispettando quello della nostra beniamina.

Per aggiungere un tocco di mistero, e restare in tema con la serie, sono stati scelti colori scuri, ma caldi allo stesso tempo. Le tonalità varieranno dai diversi blu, ai marroni, ai verde, rosso sangue [guardacaso ;) ] nero, e per una serata romantica, il viola.

Piccolo suggerimento: quando userete canotte nere, e magari avete intenzione di abbinarci qualcos'altro di scuro, non dimenticate di spezzare utilizzando magari una canotta semplice bianca al di sotto.

Elena preferisce le canotte con bordi in pizzo, perciò non dimenticate di indirizzarvi verso quello stile! Il pizzo aggiungerà quel tocco sofisticato e casual che tanto cerchiamo di raggiungere. E per completare, una collana renderà il tutto ancora più perfetto.

Jeans

In tutte le tonalità di blu ( o anche neri ), evitate i colori chiari. Nella serie non abbiamo mai visto Elena indossarne un pantalone chiaro, perciò per raggiungere l'esatto look vi invito a metterli da parte.

Preferite i pantaloni a zampa di elefante, semplici con nessuna ( o poche) strappi o robe simili. Non usate strass poichè potrebbero anche rivelarsi volgari.

Gli Skinny Jeans ( o jeans aderenti ) sono i preferiti di Katherine Pierce, ma chi lo dice che non potete interpretare due persone in una?

Suggerimento: evitate scarpe alte con i pantaloni a zampa di elefante

Maglie a maniche lunghe

Potrete indossarle sopra le vostre canotte e vale la stessa regola di colori appunto per le canotte stesse.

Un tipo di maglia a maniche lunghe molto usata da Elena è quella con dei bottoncini sul petto ( va portata sbottonata ).

Suggerimento: Ricordate che i maglioncini devono essere aderenti.

Giacche

Se dico questa parola, molto probabilmente la maggior parte di voi penserà alla Krma nera di pelle sfoggiata da Elena innumerevoli volte nella serie.

Ma essendo davvero costosa, sono sicura che girovagando un po, quasi tutte le giacche di pelle (finta e non ) possono ricreare esattemente lo stile.

Inoltre, se vogliamo azzardare, non dimenticate la giacca di pelle panna da indossare magari ( come Elena ) con una canotta nera al di sotto, per dare un forte distacco, con due colori che insieme sono estremamente adatti a qualsiasi occasione.

Ricordate che i minimi particolari ( pizzo, collane,bracialetti ) sono i più discreti, ma quelli che determinano il vostro stile.
